After attending the Tribute To Queen show by The Kings of Queen, I must say I was slightly let down. The concert started with 6 of the first 7 songs from his new album, which I felt disrupted the momentum as the audience couldn't fully connect with the new material yet. He then promised to delve into some older songs, which indeed got the crowd excited, but soon returned to the newer tracks. While the new songs are good, the show lacked a cohesive flow, with a shortage of older material to amp up the audience. In contrast to a previous performance at the Palace in Waterbury, where there was more crowd interaction, this show felt lacking in that aspect. Overall, it was a good show, and I don't want to come off as negative, but that was the overall impression I had when leaving.
